EXECUTIVE COACHING
The starting point for Executive Coaching is that people feel a need to improve themselves on a personal level in order to add value to their working environment in a professional way. The Executive Coach is focusing, together with the client, on gaining and/or improving business results and the clients role in that.
Executive Coaching is meant for people who want to grow professionally.
By making use of an independent, reliable sparring partner the coach will inspire to develop new, creative ideas and methods.
Possible scenarios where the Executive Coach can be of value:
- 360° Feedback results
- Results of performance reviews
- Development points as part of a leadership development program
- Starting a new, more responsible role
- In all cases of organizational changes
Executive Coaching is a practical, goal-focused form of personal, one-on-one support for executives and (top) managers. The aim is to enhance your career, to further develop yourself, whereby possible hurdles are tracked and eliminated. In essence, your coach provides, where necessary, feedback on you and your performance, your career and your organization.
How does it work?
A short introduction by phone is used to get acquainted, to see whether client and coach are well matched and to list important theme's for the client. Thereafter achievable objectives will be determined, actions planned and the follow up to it will take place during a maximum of 12 sessions. Sessions, if required, can be done by phone.
What to expect?
As your Executive Coach we will look at your present and future professional behavior. We will aim for solutions and work towards clearly defined results.
The coach will be your professional sparring partner during the sessions. Coaching sessions will take place in a neutral atmosphere to fully ensure the necessary focus on the desired objectives.
Finally
It goes without saying that integrity and confidentiality are a essential part of the coaching relationship.
