Management Consultancy will advise the existing management in order to optimize the functioning of an organization to meet their goals. Items that will be touched amongst others are:

- Change process of the management mechanism including execution
Interim Management contains the temporary use of an external manager with a clear task. Here we can distinguish for example:
- Change Management: the realization of a new organizational culture and/or structure; e.g. restructuring and/or new process
- Complete temporary take-over of all strategic and tactical management tasks; e.g. over passing or sabbatical period
Interim Management can be characterized as:
